Ugh.
Has it been two weeks? It feels like it’s been forever. I need to date these entries so I can see where I am at.
I backslid. I haven’t gotten on the scale. I will do that tomorrow morning.
So this is what I have learned:
-> working long hours makes me not want to work out at. all.
-> working long hours makes me crave junk food and not want to cook nutritious meals.
Both of which are opposite of good training habits.
But I am doing well today. And I am going to make some Training Guidelines/Rules for myself. I’ll be posting those.
Here’s to slowly becoming an athlete again!
