Sept. 30th
Okay – so it’s been awhile. Yeesh! I am still staying the course, and I’ve been REALLY enjoying the gym! Which I’ve always liked, but now am now getting into a routine.
Wednesday nights I have Tia Chi – I love it!! Even if it is just me with about 10 other 70+ people. I look forward to becoming more graceful at it. When it flows, it looks beautiful. After Tai Chi I always hit the weight room for cardio and weights.
Tuesday nights are gym and then yoga class.And Mondays are this insane fitness class called “No Sweat”. A total lie. I walked like a penguin for a week after what felt like doing squats for an hour holding weights. But I am feeling stronger. And I love that it feels like training.
Thursdays are a walk/run of 3-5K. I’m moving towards my goal of 5K in 30 min or less.
