I’m working on my running. It is SO hard to not be where I was. I’m trying not to beat myself up too badly.

One of my goals first this year is to get my 5K to 30 min or less. I have got a looooong way to go.

But today was a good day! My run felt light, where I get that giddy feeling and my feet just want to go. The music spurring me on.

I was feeling like a bad ass. I was thinking a lot about my conversation with Georgia (see my other blog for that post) and how healing has it’s own timeline, and the only way out is through. One day at a time.

I planned out my food for the rest of the day, and also a yoga session for later this afternoon. Priorities.

Week 2 of my training plan feels great! 😊
