First day with my Rec pass!

Today I went to Yin yoga and then hit the gym for 17 min of warm up on the treadmill and then machines and free weights. I feel good. 😊

My food was pretty reasonable as well… except for the 3 cookies but Rome wasn’t built built in a day.

I still need to write out my guidelines, but it’s been a looooooong day. Tuesdays are my 5am days. I have a weekly networking meeting at 6am.
