I dust myself off and do my best to live well – with no regrets and being authentic.
Work continues to be a gongshow. I even got asked to be my boss’ business partner. I told him I couldn’t commit at this time. Especially since we had just finished having the conversation about how he had been making me feel uncomfortable. I’m muscling through though. I just keep thinking, “stay sharp, keep an eye open for opportunity – and the exits.”
I’m going into a weekend alone. My peeps will be at their dad’s, and I have the run of the joint. I plan on catching up on household things, a trip to the spa for waxing, and fitness. And listening to Alt-J. Serious me time.
I had a strange and wonderful and sexy thing happen last week. Life is indeed funny. 🙂
